Right of Withdrawal and Refund Policy

1. Who this applies to

The right of withdrawal applies to consumers, meaning individuals acting outside their trade, business or profession.

PerSight is sold both to businesses and to consumers. Where the purchase is made on behalf of a company, a self-employed professional or another commercial entity, no right of withdrawal arises under applicable law; what matters is whether the purchase was made for trade, business or professional purposes.

Regardless of that distinction, we will review refund requests where the service could not be provided at all or a charge was made in error.

2. Withdrawal period

If you bought as a consumer, you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of it being concluded, without giving a reason and without penalty.

The period starts on the day the subscription begins. If the last day falls on a public holiday, the period ends on the next working day.

3. Immediate access and your right of withdrawal

PerSight is a digital service and access opens as soon as the purchase completes.

We do not ask you to waive your right of withdrawal: if you bought as a consumer, your 14-day withdrawal right remains even if you have already started using the service. On receipt of your withdrawal notice we refund your payment.

4. How to withdraw

Send your withdrawal notice by e-mail to hello@persight.ai. You may use the model form below, but you are not required to.

It is enough that your notice is sent within the withdrawal period.

We will confirm receipt of your notice without undue delay.

5. Repayment

We will repay you within 14 days at the latest from receiving your withdrawal notice, using the same payment method you used, and without any additional cost to you.

Repayment is processed through our payment service provider, Stripe. How quickly the amount appears in your account depends on your bank.

6. Free trial and cancellation

Where a free trial applies to your first subscription, cancelling during the trial means no charge is made at all.

You can cancel at any time from the subscription management link in your account panel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for.

After cancellation you keep access until the end of the period; unused days are not refunded pro rata. This does not limit the right of withdrawal described above.

7. When refunds are not available

Once the withdrawal period has passed, a refund cannot be claimed solely on the ground that the service was not used.

No refund is made for accounts terminated for abuse, material breach of the terms, or fraud.

For Enterprise subscriptions, refund and termination terms follow the signed agreement.

8. Model withdrawal form

Complete and return this form only if you wish to withdraw from the contract.

I/we hereby give notice that I/we withdraw from the contract for the following service: order date, name and address of the consumer, subscription e-mail, date and (if sent on paper) signature.
