Distance Sales Agreement and Pre-Contractual Information

1. Parties

SELLER — Zeynep Uncu (sole proprietorship established in Germany), Address: Bismarckstraße 3, 56299 Ochtendung, Germany, E-mail: hello@persight.ai, Telephone: +49 174 1739428.

BUYER — The name, e-mail and billing details you provide when creating your account and at checkout apply.

2. Subject of the agreement

The subject of the agreement is the provision of the PerSight subscription service ordered electronically by the BUYER, with the characteristics and price set out below.

The BUYER confirms having read the pre-contractual information before placing the order and having confirmed it electronically.

3. Service characteristics and price

PerSight is a software service that lets a user ask their own database questions in natural language, turns the question into read-only SQL, and runs the query on the user's own device.

Plan contents (monthly question and scan allowances, user and device counts) and current prices are published on the pricing page; the order summary shows the price of the plan you selected as a total including taxes.

Prices are published in euro (EUR) excluding VAT. Applicable VAT is calculated at checkout; the order summary shows the total payable including taxes and is presented for your approval. No delivery or shipping charge applies.

4. Payment and invoicing

Payment is collected by credit or debit card through the payment service provider Stripe. Card details are not transmitted to, or stored by, the SELLER.

The subscription fee is charged in advance for the selected period and renews automatically for the same period unless the BUYER cancels.

The invoice is sent electronically to the e-mail address provided by the BUYER after payment.

5. Performance and delivery

The service is made available immediately after payment is approved; no physical delivery is involved.

The contract term is the selected subscription period. Renewal occurs automatically at the end of the period.

The BUYER is responsible for the internet connection and hardware required to access the service; system requirements are published on the download page.

6. Right of withdrawal

The BUYER has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of its conclusion, without giving a reason and without penalty.

We do not ask you to waive your right of withdrawal: if you bought as a consumer, your 14-day withdrawal right remains even if you have already started using the service. On receipt of your withdrawal notice we refund your payment.

7. Obligations of the parties

The SELLER undertakes to provide the service in accordance with the agreement and to process personal data in line with the Privacy Policy.

The BUYER is responsible for account and password security and for using the service only on databases they are authorised to access and in compliance with the law.

In cases of force majeure, the parties' obligations are suspended until the impediment is removed.

8. Dispute resolution

In the event of a dispute, the Consumer Arbitration Committees at the BUYER's place of residence or where the transaction took place have jurisdiction within the monetary thresholds published annually by the Ministry of Trade; above those thresholds, the Consumer Courts have jurisdiction.

This agreement is concluded electronically and retained by the SELLER; it is provided to the BUYER on request.
