ASK IN PLAIN LANGUAGE, NO SQL

Your Data. Your InSight.

PerSight turns your question into a read-only query, shows you the generated query, and presents the result as a table and chart instantly. Your data never leaves your machine.

ASK IN YOUR OWN LANGUAGE

HOW IT WORKS

From question to chart in three steps.

Connect

Add your database connection. Credentials are stored encrypted on your device.

Ask

Type "Top 10 customers by orders last month." PerSight writes the query for you and explains it in plain language — you can review and edit it before running. The query only reads; it can't change anything.

See

The query runs on your own machine; the result is right there as a table and five chart types.

WHAT YOU CAN ASK

It doesn't just pull lists. It calculates.

You don't have to move the result into Excel to work out a share or a change from the previous period; the maths happens inside the generated query. And when you do want Excel, one click exports the result as .xlsx. The questions below aren't presets, you ask in your own words.

Ranking and thresholds

  • Top 10 customers by orders last month
  • Customers with an open balance over 50,000

When the ranking metric lives in a detail table it is totalled per customer first, and the threshold is applied to that total.

Trends and period comparison

  • Monthly revenue for the last 12 months and the change from the previous month
  • Order count this quarter versus last quarter

"Last month" means the previous calendar month, not the last 30 days. The first month's change stays empty; a zero is never invented.

Shares and ratios

  • Revenue by category this year and each category's share of the total
  • Average order value per customer, broken down by city

Percentages and ratios are computed against the total in the same query. If a denominator comes out as zero, that row stays empty instead of failing the query.

Side by side comparison

  • Monthly order count for retail, corporate and reseller segments
  • Completed and cancelled orders, month by month

The categories you name in the question become columns of their own, in the shape you can paste straight into a report.

Top of every group

  • Best selling product in every city
  • Largest order for each sales rep

An "each X" question doesn't dump the whole list; rows are ranked inside every group and only the winner stays.

Exceptions and gaps

  • Customers who haven't ordered at all this year
  • Overdue invoices, sorted by days late

"None at all" questions are built from the customer side, so those without a single matching record don't drop off the list.

Risk and receivables

  • Overdue balance per customer, split into 30-60-90 day buckets
  • Customers whose average delay exceeds 30 days

Aging buckets land in separate columns of the same query; "today" is taken from the day the query runs — there is no report date to update by hand.

If your schema has no answer for a question, no query is invented: PerSight says it couldn't answer. Every question runs on its own; you don't build on the previous one.

FEATURES

Everything you need. Nothing you don't.

Visible query + plain-language explanation

The generated query is always on screen and what it does is explained in plain language; edit and re-run it if you like.

Five chart types

Bar, line, area, pie and scatter — the right chart for your result is suggested automatically.

Query history

Every question and result is saved; jump back to yesterday's analysis in one click.

Multiple connections

Sales, accounting, warehouse — all in one app, as separate connections.

SELECT-only protection

Writes and deletes are technically blocked; no query can touch your data.

Natural language in any language

Write your questions in your own language — English, Turkish and more. Only your question and schema go to the cloud, never your row data.

Dashboards

Pin the queries you use often to a dashboard — single-number (KPI) cards, tables and charts. When the dashboard opens, each widget re-runs on your own machine; your data still never leaves.

Dashboard

Your recurring answers, one screen.

Pin any query you run to a dashboard in one click — as a single-number (KPI) card, a table, or a chart. Every time the dashboard opens, the widgets re-run on your own machine; your row data still never leaves it.

SECURITY & PRIVACY

Your data never leaves your machine.

In PerSight, queries run on your own computer. Only your database schema and your question go to the cloud — never your row data.

STAYS ON YOUR MACHINE

  • Row data
  • Credentials
  • Query results
  • Query execution

SENT TO THE CLOUD

  • Table and column names (schema)
  • Your question

QUERY

  • Read-only: only SELECT is generated; write operations are technically blocked.
  • For data protection: real row data is never sent to the cloud for processing.

TRANSPARENCY

What gets sent to the LLM? See it in one click.

The in-app "What gets sent to the LLM?" button shows exactly what goes to the cloud, verbatim. Real row data is never sent — we don't just tell you that, we show you.

WHO IT'S FOR

Who is PerSight for?

Operations / finance manager

Instead of waiting in the IT queue for a report, they ask themselves: "Monthly revenue for the last 12 months and the change from the previous month" — the answer is right there as a table and chart.

Data analyst

The generated query is always on screen: review it, edit it if needed, re-run it. You always know what ran.

IT manager

Row data never leaves the machine, queries run read-only. Granting access gets easier; the schema-only architecture supports your data-protection posture.
